Semiya Upma Recipe – Vermicelli Upma

  • Vermicelli
  • 3 tbs oil
  • Fry 20 kaju
  • 2 tbs chickpea split beans
  • Green chillies 2
  • Cumin seeds 1/2 tbs
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tbs
  • Curry leaves
  • 3 cups water( 1/2 cup water for 1 cup vermicelli)
  • Salt to taste
  • Water rolling boiling
  • Add vermicelli 2cups and cook under low flame
  • When consistency looks like this stove off and serve
