Introduction
In this blog, you are going to learn an easy snack recipe which includes fewer ingredients and will finish within 10 mins. I know all may not cook well, but I promise you will prepare a perfect snack, even beginners can make this recipe perfect all you need to do is to read complete blog.
Precautions
Keep some distance from fire. Don’t get hurry and don’t touch hot kadai with direct hands
Note : Cutlets out put will definitely come outstanding when you add salt and spices as per your taste only and should follow cup measures as exactly said
Ingredients
- 1 cup sliced onions (any available cup)
- salt
- turmeric powder 1/4 tbs
- Chili powder 1tbs
- Green mirchi-1
- curry leaves
- cumin seeds 1/4tbs
Process :
Step 1 : Take a mixing bowl and add 1 cup sliced onion
Step 2 : add salt to taste also turmeric 1/4 tbs, chillie powder to taste, 1 green chillie pieces, curry leaves and 1/4 tbs cumin seeds
Step 3 : mix all the ingredients for 2 mins and leave it for 5 mins so that onions leaves some water
Step 4 : now add 1 cup rice flour into the mixing bowl
Step 5 : add water little by little and mix, make a solid dough
Step 6 : now take a small mix into your hand, make round flat cutlets
Step 7: Take a fry pan and add oil for shallow frying (you can use oil for deep-frying also, but I suggest slow shallow cooking, which is about 6–8 minutes)
Step 8 : when oil well heated, add cutlets into fry pan and fry under low to medium flame until both sides turns golden color
Step 9 : serve cutlets in a plate and experience the magic of the taste
