Chicken leg piece Fry is a very easy and delicious chicken starter. It is a favorite of everyone during lunch and dinner. Ingredients

  • Ingredients Chicken leg – 5 (approx. 600 grams)
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1½ teaspoon
  • Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Pepper – ½ teaspoon
  • Garam masala – ½ teaspoon
  • chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder – ¼ teaspoon
  • Juice of half lemon
  • Corn flour – 2 tbl spoon
  • Maida – 1 tbl spoon
  • Salt and Oil
  • Curd

Cooking Instructions

  • Marinate the chicken liver with all the marination ingredients for at least 15 minutes.
  • Heat gingelly oil in a pan and add fennel seeds. When they start to splutter, add curry leaves, green chilli and shallots.
  • When the shallots turn translucent, add the ginger garlic paste and saute until the raw smell disappears, around 1–2 minutes.
  • Add the marinated chicken liver and sauté on high heat for 2 minutes. Reduce the flame to medium and continue cooking for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the liver is cooked. Keep stirring occasionally.
  • Finish with black pepper powder and coriander leaves. Mix well and serve
