By keeping it aside for three hours, this salt and turmeric will absorb well into the kernels and the color will also be the same.

They will come out one white, one yellow, and it will be very neat to look at. After three hours, mix it again and put this popcorn in a thick kadai. If you feel that the oil is getting too much, you can remove some of the oil. Now, first, in a medium flame, we should keep mixing this popcorn continuously. We should mix it continuously. Only then will all the sides of the popcorn turn and fry well. That is, if the bottom side is on fire, it will fry well. If we keep mixing continuously, all the sides will fry well. It seems that the oil will boil a little. Then we should keep mixing continuously. Do not leave it. Mix continuously now.

Look, it seems that the popcorn has turned white. When it turns white, close the lid. Then the popcorn sound starts. Here I can also hear the sound. It is very satisfying. Listen to it.
